STANDARD SHIPPING:

All orders are shipped by USPS. Please allow 48 hours for processing and 3-5 days for delivery after shipment. This does not apply to custom orders! All custom orders (custom crocs and press on nails) takes 3-6 days for customization and 3-5 days for delivery after shipment. Please understand that processing and shipping are two different things and the time we process your order adds to the time it takes to ship.

ARNL LLC is NOT responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages. In the rare event that your package is delayed, lost or stolen please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS) for further assistance. We will not replace any lost or stolen items. ONCE A PACKAGE IS TAKEN TO THE POST OFFICE IT IS NO LONGER IN OUR CONTROL.
